目的:建立首批脱氧核糖核酸国家对照品。方法:对脱氧核糖核酸原料进行了鉴别、元素分析、纯度及理化特性分析,并采用质量平衡法、定磷法及吸光度法对其含量进行计算。结果:建立了以脱氧核糖核酸计含量为75.2%的首批脱氧核糖核酸国家对照品。结论:首批脱氧核糖核酸国家对照品的研制成功规范了相关药品质量,保证了用药安全。
目的:建立首批脫氧覈糖覈痠國傢對照品。方法:對脫氧覈糖覈痠原料進行瞭鑒彆、元素分析、純度及理化特性分析,併採用質量平衡法、定燐法及吸光度法對其含量進行計算。結果:建立瞭以脫氧覈糖覈痠計含量為75.2%的首批脫氧覈糖覈痠國傢對照品。結論:首批脫氧覈糖覈痠國傢對照品的研製成功規範瞭相關藥品質量,保證瞭用藥安全。
목적:건립수비탈양핵당핵산국가대조품。방법:대탈양핵당핵산원료진행료감별、원소분석、순도급이화특성분석,병채용질량평형법、정린법급흡광도법대기함량진행계산。결과:건립료이탈양핵당핵산계함량위75.2%적수비탈양핵당핵산국가대조품。결론:수비탈양핵당핵산국가대조품적연제성공규범료상관약품질량,보증료용약안전。
Objective:To establish the ifrst batch of the national reference standard for deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA).Methods:The identiifcation and metal element analysis were performed, and the purity test of the DNA material was analyzed. Three different methods were used to calculate the content of DNA.Results:The content of the DNA was 75.2 %.Conclusion: The established national reference standard of DNA can be applied to the quality control of drugs.
