目的:通过测定热性惊厥患儿的心肌酶谱,了解单纯性FC与复杂性FC发作后心脏损伤情况。方法将2013年7月至2014年11月本院收治的97例由急性上呼吸道感染导致的热性惊厥患儿分组。其中,72例单纯性热性惊厥患儿分入单纯性热性惊厥组,25例复杂性热性惊厥患儿分入复杂性热性惊厥组。将同期单纯上呼吸道感染患儿30例分入对照组,对所有患儿进行心肌酶谱检测。结果单纯性热性惊厥组、复杂性热性惊厥组的血清肌酸激酶(CK),血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平较对照组均明显升高,且复杂性热性惊厥组较单纯性热性惊厥组升高更为明显;单纯热性惊厥组与对照组相比,血清缺血修饰白蛋白( IMA)水平无明显升高,而复杂性热性惊厥组IMA水平比单纯热性惊厥组与对照组均明显升高。结论热性惊厥发作可引起心肌损伤,复杂性热性惊厥更为明显,对热性惊厥患儿应及早行心肌酶谱检查,必要时进行积极的干预治疗。
目的:通過測定熱性驚厥患兒的心肌酶譜,瞭解單純性FC與複雜性FC髮作後心髒損傷情況。方法將2013年7月至2014年11月本院收治的97例由急性上呼吸道感染導緻的熱性驚厥患兒分組。其中,72例單純性熱性驚厥患兒分入單純性熱性驚厥組,25例複雜性熱性驚厥患兒分入複雜性熱性驚厥組。將同期單純上呼吸道感染患兒30例分入對照組,對所有患兒進行心肌酶譜檢測。結果單純性熱性驚厥組、複雜性熱性驚厥組的血清肌痠激酶(CK),血清肌痠激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平較對照組均明顯升高,且複雜性熱性驚厥組較單純性熱性驚厥組升高更為明顯;單純熱性驚厥組與對照組相比,血清缺血脩飾白蛋白( IMA)水平無明顯升高,而複雜性熱性驚厥組IMA水平比單純熱性驚厥組與對照組均明顯升高。結論熱性驚厥髮作可引起心肌損傷,複雜性熱性驚厥更為明顯,對熱性驚厥患兒應及早行心肌酶譜檢查,必要時進行積極的榦預治療。
목적:통과측정열성량궐환인적심기매보,료해단순성FC여복잡성FC발작후심장손상정황。방법장2013년7월지2014년11월본원수치적97례유급성상호흡도감염도치적열성량궐환인분조。기중,72례단순성열성량궐환인분입단순성열성량궐조,25례복잡성열성량궐환인분입복잡성열성량궐조。장동기단순상호흡도감염환인30례분입대조조,대소유환인진행심기매보검측。결과단순성열성량궐조、복잡성열성량궐조적혈청기산격매(CK),혈청기산격매동공매(CK-MB)수평교대조조균명현승고,차복잡성열성량궐조교단순성열성량궐조승고경위명현;단순열성량궐조여대조조상비,혈청결혈수식백단백( IMA)수평무명현승고,이복잡성열성량궐조IMA수평비단순열성량궐조여대조조균명현승고。결론열성량궐발작가인기심기손상,복잡성열성량궐경위명현,대열성량궐환인응급조행심기매보검사,필요시진행적겁적간예치료。
Objective To explore the myocardial injury by measuring cardiac muscle zymogram in children with simple febrile seizures (SFS) and complex febrile seizures (CFS).Methods From July,2013 to November,2014,97 patients with febrile seizures ( FS) caused by acute upper respiratory infection were divided into simple febrile seizures group (SFS group,72 patients) and complex febrile seizures group (CFS group,25 patients ) ,and 30 patients only with upper respiratory infection were divided into control group .The cardiac muscle zymogram was measured among all of children .The results of three groups were compared .Results Compared with control group, the serum level of creatine kinase (CK), the creatine kinase -MB (CK-MB) in SFS and CFS groups were significantly increased , and CK and CK -MB in CFS group were increased more significantly compared with SFS group .Compared with the control group , the serum level of ischemia modified albumin ( IMA) in SFS group had no significant increasing .However, IMA in CFS group increased significantly compared with the SFS group and control group .Conclusions FS could cause myocardial injury in children , and CFS will be more serious.Thus, early examination of cardiac muscle zymogram for children with FS should be performed and intervention therapy for FS is also necessary .
