Vis spectrophotometry%bacterial counts%method study%Bacillus subtilis%Bacillus pumilus%Micrococcus luteus
目的:建立枯草芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、藤黄微球菌的快速计数方法。方法:采用可见分光光度法进行细菌计数方法研究,考察菌液浓度与吸光度之间的关系。结果:枯草芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、藤黄微球菌菌液的吸光度与其菌液浓度对应在0.68×108~10.88×108、0.80×108~12.80×108、0.89×108~14.30×108浓度范围内线性关系良好(r2分别为0.9999、0.9998、0.9998,n=5),相应菌落计数结果稳定。结论:可见分光光度法可用于3种细菌菌液的快速计数,可以提高药品微生物检定工作效率。

목적:건립고초아포간균、단소아포간균、등황미구균적쾌속계수방법。방법:채용가견분광광도법진행세균계수방법연구,고찰균액농도여흡광도지간적관계。결과:고초아포간균、단소아포간균、등황미구균균액적흡광도여기균액농도대응재0.68×108~10.88×108、0.80×108~12.80×108、0.89×108~14.30×108농도범위내선성관계량호(r2분별위0.9999、0.9998、0.9998,n=5),상응균락계수결과은정。결론:가견분광광도법가용우3충세균균액적쾌속계수,가이제고약품미생물검정공작효솔。
Objective:To establish rapid bacterial counting methods forBacillus subtilis, Bacillus pumilusand Micrococcus luteus.Methods: Vis spectrophotometry was employed for bacterial counts. The correlation between absorbance and concentration of bacteria solution was investigated.Results:The absorbance and the concentration of bacteria solution had good linear relationship (r2=0.9999, 0.9998, 0.9998,n=5) when the absorbance and of Bacillus subtilis solution,Bacillus pumilus solution andMicrococcus luteus solution were respectively between 0.68×108~10.88 ×108, 0.80×108~12.80×108, 0.89×108~14.30×108. The results of bacterial counts were stable. Conclusion:Vis spectrophotometry is suitable in the three kinds of bacteria counting, which can signiifcantly improve the working efifciency in medicine microbial tests.
