自体动静脉内瘘是指南推荐维持性血液透析患者首选的血管通路，但是对于穿刺疼痛的担心困扰着很多患者，甚至影响他们对于血管通路和透析方式的选择，做好内瘘穿刺疼痛管理非常重要。本文对血液透析患者AVF穿刺疼痛的特点、对患者的不利影响、相关因素和干预措施等进行综述，并指出了今后研究的方向。

Several guidelines have recommended arteriovenous fistula (AVF) as the first choice of blood access for maintenance hemodialysis patients. It is the fact that many patients suffered from the repeated cannulation pain. The cannulation pain could even inlfuence patients' choice on blood access and dialysis modality. Cannulation pain management is very important in hemodialysis patients with AVF. In this review, the authors summarized the features, adverse effects and related factors of AVF cannulation pain, as well as the interventions to improve the management of AVF cannulation pain, and then the authors pointed out the possible future researches in this ifeld.
