目的：探讨临床药师在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤患者化疗中发挥的药学监护作用。方法：临床药师在该例患者的治疗中积极参与化疗方案的制定，辅助医师做好药物的规范使用，指导护士缓慢静注化疗药物，监护患者用药反应等情况。结果：临床药师在化疗的各个环节发挥了应有的作用，收到良好的治疗效果。结论：通过该例的治疗过程说明，临床药师在治疗中是不可或缺的，应积极参与临床治疗，与医师、护士密切联合，全方位为患者提供个体化的临床服务。
目的：探討臨床藥師在瀰漫性大B細胞淋巴瘤患者化療中髮揮的藥學鑑護作用。方法：臨床藥師在該例患者的治療中積極參與化療方案的製定，輔助醫師做好藥物的規範使用，指導護士緩慢靜註化療藥物，鑑護患者用藥反應等情況。結果：臨床藥師在化療的各箇環節髮揮瞭應有的作用，收到良好的治療效果。結論：通過該例的治療過程說明，臨床藥師在治療中是不可或缺的，應積極參與臨床治療，與醫師、護士密切聯閤，全方位為患者提供箇體化的臨床服務。
목적：탐토림상약사재미만성대B세포림파류환자화료중발휘적약학감호작용。방법：림상약사재해례환자적치료중적겁삼여화료방안적제정，보조의사주호약물적규범사용，지도호사완만정주화료약물，감호환자용약반응등정황。결과：림상약사재화료적각개배절발휘료응유적작용，수도량호적치료효과。결론：통과해례적치료과정설명，림상약사재치료중시불가혹결적，응적겁삼여림상치료，여의사、호사밀절연합，전방위위환자제공개체화적림상복무。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of pharmacists' participation in pharmaceutical care of chemotherapy for patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma.Methods:Clinical pharmacists actively participated in the treatment of the patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma, including the work of helping to design chemotherapy regimens, assisting physicians to make drug speciifcations, guiding nurses to intravenously inject chemotherapy drugs, monitoring patients' drug reaction, and so on.Results:Clinical pharmacists play an important role in all aspects of chemotherapy for patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma.Conclusion:The clinical pharmacists are indispensable in the chemotherapy. Clinical pharmacist and medical staff should enhance their knowledge of pharmacy and offer direct pharmaceutical care for patients.
