目的：为加强政府研发资助的引导效果，激励大中型医药企业增加研发投入提供建议。方法：采用多元线性回归方法，利用1999-2013年的相关统计年鉴数据，分析政府研发资助对我国大中型医药企业研发投入的效应。结果：政府对医药企业的研发资助促进企业增加研发投入，政府对科研机构的研发资助挤出企业的研发投入，并且，存在一定的滞后性。结论：建议政府适当增加对大中型医药企业的研发资助，优化政府研发资助结构，建立健全医药融资政策等。

목적：위가강정부연발자조적인도효과，격려대중형의약기업증가연발투입제공건의。방법：채용다원선성회귀방법，이용1999-2013년적상관통계년감수거，분석정부연발자조대아국대중형의약기업연발투입적효응。결과：정부대의약기업적연발자조촉진기업증가연발투입，정부대과연궤구적연발자조제출기업적연발투입，병차，존재일정적체후성。결론：건의정부괄당증가대대중형의약기업적연발자조，우화정부연발자조결구，건립건전의약융자정책등。
Objective: To enhance guidance of government funding and encourage Chinese large & middle sized pharmaceutical enterprises to increase research and development (R&D) investment.Methods:The multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the effects of government funding on R&D investment of large and middle sized pharmaceutical enterprises based on the relevant data during 1999-2013.Results:The empirical results showed that government R&D funding for large and middle sized pharmaceutical enterprises could promote their R&D investment, while government funding for research institutions would crowd out the pharmaceutical enterprises R&D expenditure at the same time and exerts laggingly.Conclusion:It is suggested that the government funding for enterprises be increased, government R&D funding structure be optimized and perfect medical ifnancing policies be established.
