目的：阐述临床药师对患者进行用药教育的体会，提高药物治疗效果。方法：通过典型案例分析，介绍临床药师开展用药教育的方法、内容及体会。结果与结论：临床药师主导的患者用药教育，不仅能提高患者的用药依从性，而且是药师参与临床药物治疗的重要手段。
목적：천술림상약사대환자진행용약교육적체회，제고약물치료효과。방법：통과전형안례분석，개소림상약사개전용약교육적방법、내용급체회。결과여결론：림상약사주도적환자용약교육，불부능제고환자적용약의종성，이차시약사삼여림상약물치료적중요수단。
Objective: To elaborate the experience of clinical pharmacists in conducting medication education for patients, so as to improve the efficacy of drug treatment.Methods:By analyzing typical cases, this paper introduced the methods and contents of medication education carried out by clinical pharmacists and their experience.Results and Conclusion: Patient medication education guided by clinical pharmacists can not only improve the medication compliance of patients, but also serve as an important means for pharmacists to participate in clinical medication.
