综述了国内外婴儿肉毒中毒的有关研究，从肉毒梭菌的生物学特性、婴儿肉毒中毒的流行病学、婴儿肉毒中毒的风险因素、临床症状及诊断方法进展方面进行了介绍。分析表明，婴儿肉毒中毒是一种会危及婴儿生命的疾病，需加强临床诊断和实验室的鉴定手段，并加强对婴儿肉毒中毒预防。
綜述瞭國內外嬰兒肉毒中毒的有關研究，從肉毒梭菌的生物學特性、嬰兒肉毒中毒的流行病學、嬰兒肉毒中毒的風險因素、臨床癥狀及診斷方法進展方麵進行瞭介紹。分析錶明，嬰兒肉毒中毒是一種會危及嬰兒生命的疾病，需加彊臨床診斷和實驗室的鑒定手段，併加彊對嬰兒肉毒中毒預防。

This paper reviews related researches on infant botulism at home and abroad and introduces the biological characteristics of Clostridium botulinum, the epidemiology of infant botulism, risk factors, clinical symptoms and progresses of diagnostic methods. The analysis shows that infant botulism is an illness threatening infants' life. It is necessary to strengthen the means of clinical diagnosis and laboratory identiifcation as well as the prevention of infant botulism.
