目的：探讨糖皮质激素联合不同的免疫抑制剂治疗交感性眼炎的临床效果。方法对28例(50只眼)交感性眼炎,其中初发者5例(10只眼),复发者23例(40只眼)根据病情的严重程度以糖皮质激素联合环孢菌素A或再联合环磷酰胺进行治疗,随访1年以上。对治疗前后的视力,用药剂量、用药时间长短及药物的毒副作用等进行回顾性分析。结果10眼初发者经系统的糖皮质激素联合环孢菌素A治疗1年后,视力均显著提高；8只眼(80.00%)炎症得到完全控制。40眼复发者治疗后,26只眼(65.00%)视力有不同程度提高,31只眼(77.50%)的炎症得到完全控制。结论交感性眼炎患者根据严重程度给予糖皮质激素联合环孢菌素A或再联合环磷酰胺进行治疗,是安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoids combined with other immunosuppressive agents for the treatment of sympathetic ophthalmia ( SO ) . Methods Fifty eyes of twenty-eight patients with SO were collected in our hospital. Including 10 eyes of 5 cases of primary SO,and 40 eyes of 23 cases of reurrent SO. According to the severity of disease, all patients were treated with glucocorticoids and Cyclosporin A, or combined with Cyclophosphamide. They were followed up for more than one year. Visual acuity, and dose, time and side effects of the drugs were retrospectively analysed. Results After treatment of glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents for more than one year, visual acuity of all of the primary SO eyes was improved significantly, in which uveitis was controlled completely in 8 eyes (80%). In the 40 eyes of recurrent SO, 26 eyes achieved improvement of the vision (65. 00%), and the uveitis was controlled in 31 eyes (77. 50%). Conclusion The treatment strategy of glucocorticoids and cyclosporin A, or combined with cyclophosphamide according to the severity of disease, is a safe and effective method for SO patients.
