肠梗阻（ intestinal obstruction ）是普外科常见的急腹症之一，指肠腔内容物的正常运行发生障碍[1]。目前关于肠梗阻的治疗主要有非手术治疗和手术治疗两种，一般单纯性肠梗阻给予非手术治疗，对于绞窄性肠梗阻常需要采取手术治疗。不管是采用非手术治疗还是手术治疗，在治疗的过程中都需要做好患者的护理工作，本文就肠梗阻患者的非手术护理和手术护理进展进行阐述。

Intestinal obstruction is a common acute abdominal pain of general surgery , refers to the normal operation of the lumen contents occur disorder .At present, the treatment of intestinal obstruction are mainly non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment , generally simple intestinal obstruction adopt non -surgical treatment, for strangulation obstruction often needs to take surgery .Whether adopts non -operative therapy or surgical treatment , we need to do nursing work well in the process of treatment for the patient .In this paper , the nonsurgical care and surgical nursing progress of patients with intestinal obstruction will be reviewed .
