目的：品管圈提高患者对特殊口服药物的健康教育满意度。方法成立品管圈活动小组，确立提高患者对特殊口服药物的健康教育满意度作为本次活动的主题，按照品管圈活动步骤随机对34例住院患者进行进行现况调查、目标设定、原因分析、对策拟定和实施。结果患者对特殊口服药物的健康教育满意度由活动前的26％提升到活动后的84．4％。结论品管圈活动增强了护士的责任感，增强了护理团队的合作精神，推进了护理管理的标准化、流程化。

Objective QCC improve patient satisfaction on health education about special oral drugs . Methods Established QCC team , improving patient satisfaction on health education about a special oral drug was established as theme of the event .According to the QCC step , prevalence survey , goal setting , cause analysis, formulation and implementation of countermeasures was carried out randomly on 34 cases of hospitalized patients.Results The satisfaction of patient on health education about special oral drug increased from 26% to 84.4%after the event.Conclusions QCC enhanced sense of responsibility of nurses , nursing team spirit of cooperation and promoted the standardization and process -oriented of care management .
