针对临床医学见习教学注重理论、轻视实践的实际情况，对临床医学见习教学模式进行改革与实践，主要进行“三层次两结合”的教学模式改革。作为新的教学临床医院，强调临床医学见习教学实践环节，完善见习教学流程，形成见习教学较完备的路径，从而提高了医学生临床能力。

According to the status that clinical medical trainee teaching pay attention to theory and contempt of practice , we reformedthe teaching pattern of clinical medical trainee and practicedit , mainly for "teaching mode reform of three levels and two combination".As a new clinical teaching hospital , we emphasis on practice teaching in clinical medical practice , make the perfection of probation teaching process , formation of relatively complete probation teachingpath , so as to improve the clinical ability of medical students .
