目的：比较25 G+和20 G玻璃体切除器在治疗孔源性视网膜脱离方面的临床效果。方法21例(21眼)行25 G+玻璃体手术和25例(25眼)行20 G玻璃体手术的孔源性视网膜脱离者的临床资料进行了回顾性总结。对手术所需时间、术后解剖复位率和术后眼压等进行了比较和分析。结果25 G+组和20 G组的手术所需时间分别为(58.9±4.3) min和(71.8±5.5) min,差异有统计学意义(t=8.733,P=0.0001),而术后视网膜复位率相同,两组解剖复位率均为100%。术后眼压(术后1 d、7 d)差异无统计学意义(t=0.690,P=0.494；t=0.504,P=0.617)。结论25 G+玻璃体切除术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离效果肯定,并具有手术时间短、术后恢复快的优点。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between 25 G+ tran-conjunctival sutureless vitrectomy system ( 25 G+) and 20 G vitrectomy system in treating rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Methods The clinical data of 20 eyes of 21 patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment treated by 25 G+ vitrectomy, and 25 eyes of 25 patients treated with the 20 G vitrectomy systems were retrospectively analyzed. The operation time, fundus and IOP were recorded and compared. Results The operation duration time of 25 G+ group and 20 G group were (58. 9 ± 4. 3) min and (71. 8 ± 5. 5) min respectively. There was statistically significant difference in the mean time of the operation between the two groups ( t=8. 733,P=0. 0001). While there was no statistically significant difference in IOP at 1 d and 7 d after the operation (t=0. 690,P=0. 494;t=0. 504,P=0. 617). The rate of retinal reattachment was 100% in both of the two groups. Conclusion 25 G+ vitrectomy is effective in treating rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with the advantages of short operation time and rapid recovery.
