目的：探讨急性闭角型青光眼伴发白内障的手术治疗的方法和临床效果。方法采用晶状体超声乳化联合后房型人工晶状体植入术治疗急性闭角型青光眼伴发白内障47例(58眼)。观察术后视力、眼压及前房深度的变化。随访6月以上。结果58眼术后视力均有不同程度提高。术前视力：≤0.05者25眼(43.10%),0.06~0.08者21眼(36.21%),0.1~0.2者12眼(20.69%)。术后视力为：0.1~0.2者2眼(3.45%),0.3~0.8者19眼(32.76%),≥1.0者37眼(63.79%)。术后眼压在10.52~18.13 mmHg之间。术后前房深度均有不同程度增加。无严重并发症发生。结论白内障超声乳化治疗急性闭角型青光眼伴发白内障疗效良好,适合基层医院开展。

목적：탐토급성폐각형청광안반발백내장적수술치료적방법화림상효과。방법채용정상체초성유화연합후방형인공정상체식입술치료급성폐각형청광안반발백내장47례(58안)。관찰술후시력、안압급전방심도적변화。수방6월이상。결과58안술후시력균유불동정도제고。술전시력：≤0.05자25안(43.10%),0.06~0.08자21안(36.21%),0.1~0.2자12안(20.69%)。술후시력위：0.1~0.2자2안(3.45%),0.3~0.8자19안(32.76%),≥1.0자37안(63.79%)。술후안압재10.52~18.13 mmHg지간。술후전방심도균유불동정도증가。무엄중병발증발생。결론백내장초성유화치료급성폐각형청광안반발백내장료효량호,괄합기층의원개전。
Objective To investrigate the treatment method and clinical efficacy of the treatment of phacoemulsification for primary acute angle-closure glaucoma coexisting with cataract. Methods Fifty-eight eyes of 47 acute angle-closure glaucoma coexisting with cataract were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The changes of postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth were observed. The patients were followed up for more than 6 months. Results The postoperative visual acuity was improved in all cases. The preoperative visual acuity was ≤0. 05 in 25 eyes (43. 10%), 0. 06-0. 08 in 21 eyes (36. 21%) and 0. 1-0. 2 in 12 eyes (20. 69%). The postoperative visual acuity was 0. 1-0. 2 in 2 eyes (3. 45%), 0. 3-0. 8 in 19 eyes (32. 76%), ≥1. 0 in 37 eyes (63. 79%). The postoperative intraocular pressure was from 10. 52 mm Hg to 18. 13 mmHg. The depths of anterior chamber after the operation deepened variously. No severe complication occurred. Conclusion Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for acute angle-closure glaucoma coexisting with cataract is effective. It is suitable for primary hospital.
