目的：分析中间型滋养细胞肿瘤的临床病理诊断。方法收集我院2006年11月-2013年11月期间诊治的恶性滋养叶疾病患者72例作为研究对象，采用回顾性的方式分析患者的临床资料，总结患者的临床症状、病理诊断结果。结果研究结果显示，本组患者的临床症状主要为阴道不规则流血，部分患者合并有腹痛以及B-HCG水平升高；上皮样滋养细胞肿瘤患者的瘤细胞位主要呈岛屿状、地图样形状，胎盘部位滋养叶细胞肿瘤患者的瘤细胞主要呈条索状、片块状排列；在黑色素瘤细胞黏附分子、急性淋巴细胞白血病抗原、胎盘碱性磷酸酶、人胎盘催乳素的强度表达方面存在差异性。结论在中间型滋养细胞肿瘤(IT)中上皮样滋养细胞肿瘤、胎盘部位滋养叶细胞肿瘤比较少见，两种肿瘤的细胞免疫表型及形态学特征存在较大的差异，而患者的临床表现具有高度的相似性，在鉴别诊断过程中应积极利用病理学分析。
目的：分析中間型滋養細胞腫瘤的臨床病理診斷。方法收集我院2006年11月-2013年11月期間診治的噁性滋養葉疾病患者72例作為研究對象，採用迴顧性的方式分析患者的臨床資料，總結患者的臨床癥狀、病理診斷結果。結果研究結果顯示，本組患者的臨床癥狀主要為陰道不規則流血，部分患者閤併有腹痛以及B-HCG水平升高；上皮樣滋養細胞腫瘤患者的瘤細胞位主要呈島嶼狀、地圖樣形狀，胎盤部位滋養葉細胞腫瘤患者的瘤細胞主要呈條索狀、片塊狀排列；在黑色素瘤細胞黏附分子、急性淋巴細胞白血病抗原、胎盤堿性燐痠酶、人胎盤催乳素的彊度錶達方麵存在差異性。結論在中間型滋養細胞腫瘤(IT)中上皮樣滋養細胞腫瘤、胎盤部位滋養葉細胞腫瘤比較少見，兩種腫瘤的細胞免疫錶型及形態學特徵存在較大的差異，而患者的臨床錶現具有高度的相似性，在鑒彆診斷過程中應積極利用病理學分析。
목적：분석중간형자양세포종류적림상병리진단。방법수집아원2006년11월-2013년11월기간진치적악성자양협질병환자72례작위연구대상，채용회고성적방식분석환자적림상자료，총결환자적림상증상、병리진단결과。결과연구결과현시，본조환자적림상증상주요위음도불규칙류혈，부분환자합병유복통이급B-HCG수평승고；상피양자양세포종류환자적류세포위주요정도서상、지도양형상，태반부위자양협세포종류환자적류세포주요정조색상、편괴상배렬；재흑색소류세포점부분자、급성림파세포백혈병항원、태반감성린산매、인태반최유소적강도표체방면존재차이성。결론재중간형자양세포종류(IT)중상피양자양세포종류、태반부위자양협세포종류비교소견，량충종류적세포면역표형급형태학특정존재교대적차이，이환자적림상표현구유고도적상사성，재감별진단과정중응적겁이용병이학분석。
Objective To analysis the middle type sertoli cell tumor of the clinical pathological diagnosis. Methods Collected from November 2006-November 2013 during the diagnosis and treatment of 72 patients with malignant alimentary leaf disease as the research object, with the method of retrospective analysis the clinical data of patients, the patient's clinical symptoms, pathological diagnosis were summarized. Results The results showed that the patients clinical symptoms mainly for irregular vaginal bleeding, some patients with abdominal pain and B-HCG levels;Epithelioid sertoli cell tumor in patients with tumor cells main islands shaped, and the pattern shape, placenta nourishes the leaf cells to tumor cells in patients with primary tumors in a funicular, block arrangement; In melanoma cell adhesion molecules, acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen, placental alkaline phosphatase, human placenta expressed in the strength of prolactin. Conclusion The type of sertoli cell tumor (IT) in the middle of epithelioid sertoli cell tumor, placental site nourishes the leaf cell tumors are less common, two kinds of tumor cells in the immune phenotype and there are many differences between morphological features, and the patient's clinical manifestations with high similarity, should actively in the process of differential diagnosis by pathological analysis.
