目的：：评价白芍总苷( TGP )治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效,比较治疗前后患者血清Th17/Treg相关细胞因子水平变化。方法：32例患者给予口服白芍总苷胶囊0.6 g,日3次,治疗8周。 ELISA检测患者TGP治疗前后外周血IL－17、IL－22、IL－23和IL－35的浓度。计算治疗前后患者PASI,分析其与细胞因子的相关性。结果：治疗前PASI评分为10.82±7.75,治疗8周后为2.46±2.24(P<0.05)。治疗8周后患者IL－17、IL－22和IL－23较治疗前明显降低( P<0.05),IL－35明显升高( P<0.05)。治疗前后患者血清IL－17、IL－22、IL－23水平与PASI评分呈正相关。结论： TGP对寻常型银屑病治疗有效,可能通过调节Th17/Treg平衡起到治疗作用。

Objective:To assess the efficacy of total glucosides of paeony (TGP) in the treatment of psori-asis vulgaris ( PV) and the effects on the levels of cytokines related to Th17 and Treg cells. Methods:Thirty two patients were treated with TGP, 0.6 g, three times one day for 8 weeks. The levels of IL-17, IL-22, IL-23 and IL-35 in serum were detected by ELISA. PASI was assessed and the correlations between PASI and cytokines were analyzed before and after treatment. Results: PASI was 10.82±7.75 before the treatment and was declined to 2.46±2.24 after treatment for 8 weeks (P<0.05). The levels of IL-17, IL-22 and IL-23 were significantly decreased and the level of IL-35 was increased after 8 weeks treatment (P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between the levels of IL-17, IL-22 and IL-23, and PASI. Conclusion:TGP is ef-fective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, which may be through regulating Th17/Treg balance.
