目的：：评价Q开关激光治疗咖啡斑的的疗效并分析影响因素。方法：对293例咖啡斑患者应用Q开关激光(532 nm,694 nm和755 nm)进行治疗,分析治疗不同波长激光、年龄以及皮损特点对疗效的影响。结果：293例患者中,痊愈80例,显效83例,无效66例,有效64例,有效率77.5％。边界不光滑皮损的疗效(89.1％)优于边界光滑的皮损(47.6％),(P<0.05)。不同治疗激光类型、年龄、性别、皮损颜色、大小、形状各组间疗效比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同波长Q开关激光治疗后色素沉着及色素减退的发生率在各组之间差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论：边界不光滑的咖啡斑患者激光治疗反应好,激光治疗后不良反应发生率与激光波长无关。

Objective:To assess the efficacy and the influencing factors of Q-switched laser in the treat-ment of cafe-au-lait. Methods:Two hundred and ninety three patients with cafe-au-lait were treated with Q-switched laser ( 532 nm, 694 nm and 755 nm) . The effect of the laser wavelength, age and characteristics of the lesion on efficacy was assessed. Results:Of the 293 patients, 80 patients were cured completely, 83 sig-nificantly improved, 64 improved and 66 invalid. The effective rate was 77.5%. The efficacy of the lesions with rough edge ( 89. 1%) was better than those with smooth edge ( 47. 6%) , with a significant difference ( P<0.01) . There was no significant difference in efficacy in different laser wavelength, the colour, size and shape of the lesions ( P<0.05) . There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions ( pigmentation and de-pigmentation) among different laser wavelength. Conclusion:The efficacy of Q-switched laser on le-sions with rough edge is better than those with smooth edge. The incidence of adverse reactions after laser treatment was independent of the laser wavelength.
