利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对非理想形貌O形橡胶密封圈在不同密封间隙和介质压力下的变形与受力情况进行了分析研究,得出了相应的Von Mises应力与接触压力分布,并与理想形貌O形圈的情况进行了对比.结果表明:非理想形貌(错模、分模扯缩、分模飞边) O形圈在不同密封间隙和不同介质压力下的最大接触压力均大于介质压力,能够达到密封效果,但是其最大Von Mises应力均大于理想形貌O形圈的最大Von Mises应力,表明非理想形貌O形圈应力松弛现象越明显,容易出现裂纹,带有分模飞边形貌的O形圈Von Mises应力明显高于其他两种.
利用有限元分析軟件ABAQUS對非理想形貌O形橡膠密封圈在不同密封間隙和介質壓力下的變形與受力情況進行瞭分析研究,得齣瞭相應的Von Mises應力與接觸壓力分佈,併與理想形貌O形圈的情況進行瞭對比.結果錶明:非理想形貌(錯模、分模扯縮、分模飛邊) O形圈在不同密封間隙和不同介質壓力下的最大接觸壓力均大于介質壓力,能夠達到密封效果,但是其最大Von Mises應力均大于理想形貌O形圈的最大Von Mises應力,錶明非理想形貌O形圈應力鬆弛現象越明顯,容易齣現裂紋,帶有分模飛邊形貌的O形圈Von Mises應力明顯高于其他兩種.

The rubber O-ring seals with surface defects are analyzed in different sealing gaps and oil pressure with program ABAQUS. The distributions of the Von Mises and the sealing surface contact stresses are discussed, after analyzing the deformation and stress, a compari-son is made with it in ideal surface condition. The results indicate that the max contact stresses of the O-ring seals with surface defects(mis-placement, notch, flash)exceed the medium pressure in different sealing gaps and oil pressure and it is guaranteed to seal absolutely. But the max Von Mises exceeding it in ideal surface condition shows that the phenomenon of stress relaxation with a defect will be more obvious and easier to crack. And during the three kinds of surface defects, the Von Mises of O-ring seals with flash defect is higher than the other two kinds .
