High temperature structural seals have been identified as a critical technology in the development of space-earth shuttle. Perfor-mance criteria and design criteria for high temperature Seals were introduced in this paper. A series of thermal/strengthen performance test technology and facility for the high temperature structural seals such as pressure tests, leak test, temperature exposure test, scrub test were discussed. It can be helpful for the development of seal test for us.
