目的：：评价自我护理小组( self－care group, SCG)对麻风受累者畸残和心理康复的成效。方法：每月组织SCG集会一次(40名成员),医务人员检查成员畸残康复情况和每日自我护理记录,成员间开展自我护理交流。结果：93.75％溃疡好转,62.5％溃疡痊愈,无新发溃疡。外伤减少,手足干燥情况改善,自我保护意识增强,心理状态有显著好转。结论：参与SCG麻风受累者畸残和心理康复成效显著。

Objective:To assess the efficacy of self-care group ( SCG) in the prevention and treatment of disability and psychological rehabilitation in leprosy. Methods:The member of SCG ( 40 participants) was or-ganized to get together once a month. The content of SCG included the reassessment of disability status and self-nursing record by medical staff, and exchanging experiences in selfcare among participants. Results:93.75% ulcers were improved, 62.5% were cured and there was no new ulcer among the participants. Trauma was reduced, drying hand was improved, the consciousness of self-care was strengthened and psychological problems were improved. Conclusion:SCG is effective in the prevention of disability in leprosy.
