本文报道3例水源性肢端角化症(男2例，女1例)，皮损表现为色素沉着斑、角化过度及皱缩，遇水后出现白色丘疹及水肿性斑块，干后20~40 min左右恢复原状。病变位于手指、手背、手腕屈侧及膝关节上方。浸水后组织病理学示角化过度和汗腺导管扩张。水桶征试验阳性。
본문보도3례수원성지단각화증(남2례，녀1례)，피손표현위색소침착반、각화과도급추축，우수후출현백색구진급수종성반괴，간후20~40 min좌우회복원상。병변위우수지、수배、수완굴측급슬관절상방。침수후조직병이학시각화과도화한선도관확장。수통정시험양성。
We present 3 patients with aquagenic syringeal acrokeratoderma (two males and one female). Pigmentation, hyperkeratosis and wrinkling on the fingers, back of the hand, flexor side of wrist and knee. The lesion was white papules and became edema when contacted with water,which disappeared after 20-40 min when drying. Biopsy showed hyperkeratosis and sweat ducts ectasia. Water immersion test is positive.
