患者，女，63岁。全身丘疹、结节、斑块2年。患者有20余年类风湿关节炎病史。皮损组织病理检查示：真皮区域见大量嗜中性粒细胞浸润，部分区域见核尘，血管内皮肿胀。

환자，녀，63세。전신구진、결절、반괴2년。환자유20여년류풍습관절염병사。피손조직병리검사시：진피구역견대량기중성립세포침윤，부분구역견핵진，혈관내피종창。
A 63-year-old woman presented with papules, nodules and plaques all over the body for 2 years with a 20-year history of joint pain. The biopsy revealed the infiltration of neutrophils in dermis with nuclear fragmentation and swollen of endothelial cells.
