通过护士在患者就诊前、中、后给予全程健康教育，以及利用午休时间开展健康教育大课堂活动，开设健康教育专科门诊等，使患者在就诊过程中掌握了有关疾病防治知识及诊疗过程注意事项，缩短了无效等候时间，改善了就诊秩序；同时提升了护士管理能力及理论知识水平，是优质护理服务的重要体现。
통과호사재환자취진전、중、후급여전정건강교육，이급이용오휴시간개전건강교육대과당활동，개설건강교육전과문진등，사환자재취진과정중장악료유관질병방치지식급진료과정주의사항，축단료무효등후시간，개선료취진질서；동시제승료호사관리능력급이론지식수평，시우질호리복무적중요체현。
According to the requirements of patients, the nurses provide integrated health education in different ways, including health directions during the whole process of clinic visit, group education at lunch time, and specialty clinic education service. Through the integrated health education, outpatients understood the knowledge of disease prevention and the information related to clinic visit. Nurses' management ability and the theoretical knowledge level also improved. It highly relfected the concept of high-quality nursing service.
