为了切实推进宁夏平罗县社会信用体系建设试点工作，人民银行石嘴山市中心支行牵头开发了宁夏平罗县城乡居民信用信息服务平台。该系统作为人民银行个人征信系统的有益补充，采集并整理了平罗县26万城乡居民的信用信息，并向商业银行提供城乡居民信用信息查询。系统建设完成以后将在解决城乡居民与商业银行信息不对称问题、缓解农户贷款难问题等方面发挥实效。本文总结了系统建设中的一些切实可行的做法，充分提炼了系统建设取得的成效，并在此基础上提出进一步推进系统建设的思路。

In order to effectively promote the pilot work of the construction of the social credit system in Pingluo county of Ningxi-a, Shizuishan Municipal Sub-branch PBC took on the leading duty and developed the credit information service platform of urban and rural residents in Pingluo county of Ningxia. As a complement to PBC’s personal credit information system, the system has collected and compiled finished the credit information of 260000 urban and rural residents in Pingluo county, and provided commercial banks the credit information query of urban and rural residents. After the completion of the construction of the system, the problem of asym-metric information between urban and rural residents and commercial banks can be solved, and the difficulty of farmers in getting loans can be alleviated. The paper sums up some feasible practices in the system construction, fully refines the effects of the system construction. And on this basis, the paper puts forward the idea on further promoting the system construction.
