根据医学微生物学案例教学的特点，以混合感染的临床病例为基础，编写多场景复杂案例。在案例分析时，侧重微生物学的基础知识点的运用、思辨能力和联系临床三个方面。以“基础知识、联系临床和思辨能力”为学习目标，开展剧本模式的多场景复杂案例的教学实践，以促进本科学生综合能力和素质的培养。

Multiple-step complicated cases were constructed based on clinical cases of mixed infection and characters of medical mi-crobiology.Apart from clinical linking,the basic knowledge and thinking mode in case analysis were also emphasized.The practice of multiple-step cases laid a good foundation for cultivating students’ comprehensive ability.
