目的:探讨心理资本、成就动机对重症监护室(ICU)男护士职业延迟满足的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法选取广东省16所综合医院的109名ICU男护士,应用心理资本量表、成就动机量表以及职业延迟满足量表进行问卷调查。结果:ICU男护士的职业延迟满足得分为(19.79±5.29)分,心理资本得分为(45.21±5.02)分,成就动机得分为(4.34±6.14)分。婚姻、月收入、职称、乐观与追求成功对职业延迟满足具有正向预测作用。结论:目前ICU男护士职业延迟满足的整体水平偏低,可通过保持乐观的工作态度、强化追求成功的信念,来改善ICU男护士的职业延迟满足状况。

Objective: To probe into inlfuence of psychological capital and achievement motivation on ICU male nurses' Vocational delay of gratification. Methods: A total of 109 nurses from 16 general hospitals in Guangdong were investigated with psychological capital scale, achievement motivation scale, and vocational delay of gratiifcation questionnaire. Results: The mean score of vocational delay of gratiifcation was 19.79±5.29. The mean score of psychological capital was 45.21±5.02. The mean score of achievement motivation was 4.34±6.14. Regression analysis showed that there were signiifcant positive correlation among marriage, income, professional title, optimism, pursuit of success and vocational delay of gratiifcation. Conclusion: The level of vocational delay of gratiifcation is still low. Maintaining optimistic attitude and strengthening motivation for succeed is an effective approach to enhance nurses' vocational delay of gratiifcation.
