目的:探讨支原体感染儿童血清锌水平与免疫功能变化。方法检测38例支原体感染患儿和20例健康儿童血清锌水平及免疫功能。结果①支原体感染组儿童血清锌水平低于健康对照组水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。锌缺乏在支原体感染组和对照组的阳性率分别为71%和15%,支原体感染组锌缺乏发生率高于对照组(X 2=6.71,P<0.01)。②支原体感染患儿急性期外周血CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值均低于健康对照组,CD8水平与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。③支原体感染患儿急性期外周血免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM与对照组比较明显增高,补体C3水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而IgA、C4水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论支原体感染儿童血清锌低于健康儿童水平,有较高的锌缺乏状况;同时伴有免疫功能紊乱,表现为淋巴细胞亚群水平失衡,T淋巴细胞增殖功能发生障碍和体液免疫受到损害。

Objective To research the changes of serum zinc level and immune function in children infected with MP. Methods The levels of zinc in serum and T lymphocyte subsets were measured in 38 children infected with MP and 20 samples from healthy children as controls. Result ①The value of serum zinc of children infected with MP were significantly lower than those of the normal controls (P<0.01). The positive rate of zinc deficiency in children infected with MP were 71%and 15%in controls.. The prevalence of zinc deficiency in children infected with MP was statistically higher than controls group.(X2=6.71, P<0.01).②Among the children infected with MP, the levels of CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8 were significantly lower than those in control group, the levels of CD8 had no difference (P>0.05).③The value of serum IgG、IgM of children infected with MP were obviously higher than those in controls group. And C3 were lower than those in controls, (P<0. 05), There were no no differences of IgA and C4 between children infected with MP and control groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The results suggested that serum zinc level decreased in chilren infected with MP accompanying with the imbalance of cellular immunity and the damage of humoral immunity.
