目的：探讨CBCT在多生牙的诊断和定位中的临床应用价值。方法以经CBCT发现的上下颌多生牙的164例患者的225颗多生牙为研究对象，分析多生牙的三维位置和类型。结果225颗多生牙全部显示，CBCT能清晰显示多生牙的数目、大小、位置、与邻近组织的关系。结论 CBCT能精确提示多生牙的影像信息，对多生牙的诊断及定位具有重要的指导意义。
목적：탐토CBCT재다생아적진단화정위중적림상응용개치。방법이경CBCT발현적상하합다생아적164례환자적225과다생아위연구대상，분석다생아적삼유위치화류형。결과225과다생아전부현시，CBCT능청석현시다생아적수목、대소、위치、여린근조직적관계。결론 CBCT능정학제시다생아적영상신식，대다생아적진단급정위구유중요적지도의의。
Objective To evaluate the value of cone -beam CT ( CBCT) in the diagnosis and orientation of supernumerary teeth .Methods 225 supernumerary teeth of 164 patients examined by CBCT were included . The three-dimensional position and size were analyzed .Results 225 supernumerary teeth were totally clearly discovered, including the number, size, spatial location, and the relationship with the adjacent teeth and organizations .Conclusions Accurate three -dimensional information of supernumerary was provided by CBCT imaging, which is helpful for diagnosis and orientation of supernumerary teeth .
