本文简述了ICU患者家属手卫生依从性的重要性和ICU患者家属对手卫生认知的现状，分析了ICU患者家属手卫生依从性差的相关因素，提出了改善ICU患者手卫生现状的相关措施，希望引起全社会关注，加强手卫生以切断传播途径，降低医院感染率。

The paper summarized the importance of hand hygiene adherence of ICU patients' families and families' cognitive status of hand hygiene, and analyzed the correlated factors of poor adherence of hand hygiene in ICU patients' families. In addition, intervention to improve hand hygiene adherence were summarized, which in hope of more attention to hand hygiene and cut-off dissemination way to reduce the infection rate and relieve patients' distress.
