目的:探讨有吸毒史患者不同部位静脉采血的体会.方法 :通过对13例有吸毒史患者静脉采血 ,认真评估其综合情况 ,观察不同部位静脉采血穿刺成功率 ,患者的满意度.结果 :颈外静脉和股静脉一次性穿刺性成功率明显高于四肢浅静脉 ,病人的满意度最高.结论 :给吸毒史患者静脉采血尽量选择股静脉或颈外静脉.

목적:탐토유흡독사환자불동부위정맥채혈적체회.방법 :통과대13례유흡독사환자정맥채혈 ,인진평고기종합정황 ,관찰불동부위정맥채혈천자성공솔 ,환자적만의도.결과 :경외정맥화고정맥일차성천자성성공솔명현고우사지천정맥 ,병인적만의도최고.결론 :급흡독사환자정맥채혈진량선택고정맥혹경외정맥.
Objective:To investigate the experience of venous blood sampling in different parts of patients with drug abuse history . Methods:Through blood sampling of 13 patients with drug abuse history ,the comprehensive situation of the patients was carefully evaluated ,and the success rate of venous blood collection was observed ,and patient satisfaction was observed .Results:The success rate of one -time puncture of jugular vein and femoral vein was higher than that of superficial vein of extremities ,and the highest degree of patient satisfaction was .Conclusion:Venous blood sampling to the history of drug abuse ,femoral vein or jugular vein was the choice of venous blood collection .
