目的：探讨恶性梗阻性黄疸经皮肝穿刺胆道引流术围手术期护理护理要点。方法回顾性分析我科2009年6月一2010年2月行介入治疗和护理的17例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者资料。结果本组17例全部引流成功，大部分病人术后1～3 d皮肤瘙痒症状减轻或消失，3d后复查肝功能、血清胆红素明显下降，术后黄疸亦逐渐消退，患者腹痛、腹胀症状显著改善，生存质量明显提高。结论加强恶性梗阻性黄疸经皮肝穿刺胆道引流术患者围手术期护理，能显著提升临床疗效。

목적：탐토악성경조성황달경피간천자담도인류술위수술기호리호리요점。방법회고성분석아과2009년6월일2010년2월행개입치료화호리적17례악성경조성황달환자자료。결과본조17례전부인류성공，대부분병인술후1～3 d피부소양증상감경혹소실，3d후복사간공능、혈청담홍소명현하강，술후황달역축점소퇴，환자복통、복창증상현저개선，생존질량명현제고。결론가강악성경조성황달경피간천자담도인류술환자위수술기호리，능현저제승림상료효。
Objective To study the malignant obstructive jaundice percutaneous liver puncture biliary drainage key points of perioperative nursing care.Methods A retrospective analysis of our department in June 2009,a line of interventional therapy and nursing in February 2010,17 cases of patients with malignant obstructive jaundice.Results 17 cases all drainage is successful,most patients postoperative 1-3 d itchy skin symptoms reduced or disappeared,3 d review after liver function,serum bilirubin decreased obviously,postoperative jaundice also fade,patients with abdominal pain,abdominal distension symptoms improved significantly,and obviously improve the quality of life. Conclusion To strengthen the malignant obstructive jaundice percutaneous liver puncture biliary drainage in patients with perioperative care , can significantly improve the clinical curative effect.
