The paper concentrates on developing the using of Bootstrap sampling methods and relative theories.The crowding level of vertical target of an automatic gun is studied carefully as a real example to ex-plain the usage of the methods.It proves that Bootstrap sampling method is of great value in parameters esti-mation of small sampling problems.
