目的：探讨预见性护理指引模式在骨科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年11月至2015年3月本院收治的骨科患者58例为观察组，实施预见性护理指引模式。回顾性分析2014年5月至2014年10月在本院行常规护理的骨科患者58例为对照组，实施常规护理模式。比较2组临床应用效果。结果观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P﹤0.05）；观察组对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组（P﹤0.05）。结论将预见性护理指引模式应用于骨科护理中，可以进一步提高患者临床疗效，减少并发症发生，改善护患关系，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토예견성호리지인모식재골과호리중적응용효과。방법선취2014년11월지2015년3월본원수치적골과환자58례위관찰조，실시예견성호리지인모식。회고성분석2014년5월지2014년10월재본원행상규호리적골과환자58례위대조조，실시상규호리모식。비교2조림상응용효과。결과관찰조병발증발생솔명현저우대조조（P﹤0.05）；관찰조대호리공작만의도명현고우대조조（P﹤0.05）。결론장예견성호리지인모식응용우골과호리중，가이진일보제고환자림상료효，감소병발증발생，개선호환관계，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing guidance mode in the department of ortho-pedics nursing. Methods:From November 2014 to March 2015,58 patients in the Department of orthopedics were treated as the observation group in the implementation of predictive nursing guidance mode. From May 2014 to October 2014,58 patients with routine nursing in our hospital were treated as the control group,and routine nursing mode was implemented. The clinical effect of the 2 groups were compared. Results:The incidence of complication in the observation group was sig-nificantly lower than that in the control group(P﹤0. 05);The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significant-ly higher than that in the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Application of predictive nursing guidance in the depart-ment of orthopedics nursing can improve the clinical effect of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
