分析研究生入学动机,深入了解研究生学习心理,为研究生招生、培养和就业工作提供参考,应用包括Eugene创造力量表、学习动机简易评定量表在内的综合问卷,对某军校所有研究生进行调查。结果显示研究生总体读研的主要动机是为国家做更大的贡献(41.1%),为以后好找工作(38.7%),因工作岗位需要(32.0%),喜欢从事研究工作(19.4%)等。不同群体研究生读研动机有差异;研究生创新能力、学习动机和读研动机有一定关系。

분석연구생입학동궤,심입료해연구생학습심리,위연구생초생、배양화취업공작제공삼고,응용포괄Eugene창조역량표、학습동궤간역평정량표재내적종합문권,대모군교소유연구생진행조사。결과현시연구생총체독연적주요동궤시위국가주경대적공헌(41.1%),위이후호조공작(38.7%),인공작강위수요(32.0%),희환종사연구공작(19.4%)등。불동군체연구생독연동궤유차이;연구생창신능력、학습동궤화독연동궤유일정관계。
To analyze enrollment motivation of graduate students and get insights into their learning psychology, all graduate students in a military college were surveyd with comprehensive questionnaires including Eugene test and Motivation Simple Scale.The results showed that the enrollment motivation of graduate students was mainly making greater contributions to the country(41.4%) , easy to get a job in future (38.7%), the demands of jobs(32.0%), interested in research(19.4%), etc.Different sorts of the students had different enrollment motivations.Their innovative ability and learning motivation were also related to their enrollment motivations.The results will provide inferences for the admission, training and employment of graduate students.
