基于Novy (2013) 模型及其分解, 本文测度中国与欧盟各国1995-2011 年的贸易成本,探讨贸易成本对贸易增长的影响及其决定因素. 结果表明: 中国与欧盟的贸易成本逐年下降,但幅度不同, 整体趋向于平均水平; 贸易成本下降对贸易增长的贡献率随时间推移而不断增加;空间距离构成了贸易成本的主要方面, 人民币兑欧元汇率稳定符合双边贸易利益, 经济开放度提升、 商业经济环境改善等有助于降低双边贸易成本.

Using Novy (2013) model and its decomposition, the paper measures the China-Europe trade costs from 1995 to 2011, and discusses its impact on trade growth and determinants. The results show that:the whole China-Eu-rope trade costs have a reposefully decreasing trend, and decline in a different degree, but the overall level closes to the average;the contribution of decline of trade costs to trade growth is increasing over time;the stable RMB exchange rate against the Euro is in line with bilateral trade interest, promotion of economic openness degree and improvement of busi-ness environment help to reduce trade costs, in which space distance is the main aspect.
