研究了速生国槐嫁接方法、嫁接时期、接穗质量、培土时间等与嫁接成活率和生长量的关系,评价了不同嫁接方法的优劣. 结果表明,晚秋带木质部芽接法进行苗木嫁接成活率高、生长量大;秋末冬初采集主枝条冷藏后春季嫁接成活率、生长量最高;在山西省中南部地区以4月中旬和5月中旬各培土1次的培土处理,苗木生长表现最好.

Relationship of grafting survival rate and growth and grafting method, grafting time, scion quality, hilling time of fast growing Sophora japonica was studied and advantages and disadvantages of different grafting method was evaluated.The results showed that seedling survival rate was high and growth was bigger with the grafting method of budding with xylem in late autumn;survival rate was the highest and growth was the biggest with budding in bulk during late autumn; seedling growth effect was the best when two hilling times were in mid-April and mid-May in south central area in Shanxi province.
