煤炭作为一种能源,既可以选择铁路等运输方式运到消费地燃煤电厂,发电后再通过电网输送到终端用户;也可以选择在煤炭基地建设坑口电站就地发电,然后通过电网将电能远距离输送到终端用户。本文在运煤输电生产流程分析的基础上,研究提出了运煤输电度电成本的通用性计算模型;依据我国运煤、输电现状,在我国能源资源分布和经济布局的背景下,分别从经济性、环境影响和可靠性等方面,对运煤方案与输电方案进行定性和定量的比较分析;选取电压1000 kV、容量900万kW交流输电与新建普通双线运煤进行运煤输电经济性对比,对方法与模型进行了验证,论证运煤和输电的适用距离,对我国能源输送方式选择提供理论支撑和实例论证。

As an energy source, coal can be transported to coal-fired power plants through railway and other transportation modes, and then electricity could be delivered to the end user through the grid after power generation.Also, we can choose to construct electric power stations near coalmines, and then transmit electric power over a long distance to the end user through the grid. Based on the analysis of the production process in the coal transport and power transmission, the study put forward a general calculation model of the coal transport and power transmission KWH costs. According to status quo of coal transport and power transmission in China, the paper compares the coal transport scheme and the power transmission scheme with an analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods, respectively from the aspects of economy, environmental impact and reliability against the background of energy resources distribution and economic layout in our country. The study compared ac power transmission with the voltage of 1000 kV and capacity of 9 million kW with coal transport through a newly established common double-line railway on their cost as an example to verify the method and model, demonstrated the suitable distance of coal transport and power transmission, and provided theoretical support as well as practical demonstration for the selection of energy transportation mode in China.
