MicroRNA,简称miRNA,是一类长度约为22个核苷酸的内源单链非编码小分子RNA,在生物发育过程中起着重要作用. 笔者详细介绍了植物miRNA的发现与形成过程,包括转录、加工成熟及功能复合体装配3个主要步骤. 分析了miRNA在植物生长发育、胁迫适应及自身形成途径三方面的调控作用.

MicroRNA ( miRNA) is small RNA of 22 nucleotides ( nt) in length that play important roles in regulating gene expression and biological processes.This review tried to have a brief introduction on the progresses of miRNA discovery and formation, including three steps of transcription, assemble processing and function complex processing.Regulating effect of miRNA in growth and development, stress adaption, its formation ways was analyzed.
