利用滴涂法制备石墨烯修饰电极,再利用循环伏安法制备石墨烯/铜修饰电极,并研究了该修饰电极对过氧化氢的电催化还原性能.研究结果表明,在pH=7.0的磷酸缓冲溶液中,此修饰电极对H2O2 的还原过程具有极好的催化效果.在该修饰电极上,H2O2 的还原电流在浓度为5.0×10-7~1. 0×10-5mol/L和1.0×10-5~5.0×10-3mol/L范围内分段呈良好的线性关系,检出限低至1×10-7mol/L,可用于微量过氧化氢的测定.

Graphene-modified electrode was prepared by drops of coating, then the stable electroactive thin film of copper nanoparticles was deposited on the surface of grapheme-modified electrode using cyclic voltam-metry, and the electrocatalytic performance of hydrogen peroxide at the modified electrode was studied. In pH=7. 0 phosphate buffer solution, the composite filim shows excellent electrocalytic activity for the reduction of H2O2. The reduction current is well- proportional to the concentration of H2O2 over the range of 5.0×10-7~1.0×10-5mol/L and 1.0×10-5~5.0×10-3mol/L, and when the detection limit of hydroquinone is estimated to be 1.0×10-7 mol/L, it can be used for the determination of trace hydrogen peroxide .
