目的探讨精细化管理在手术室高值耗材中应用的效果。方法对耗材实施精细化管理,构建精细化管理体系,成立耗材管理小组,并自主开发高值耗材管理系统应用于手术室耗材管理,规范耗材名称,统一标识,建立多个虚拟仓库,按照各手术所用的耗材设置不同的类别,制定精细化管理流程,通过集中管理,专人负责,统一发放,每日使用后及时登记并专人核查,实现信息追溯和管理,对耗材基数进行维护,对特殊耗材(如人工晶体)分类管理,保持适量库存,保证临床使用。结果实施精细化管理,构建管理体系,设立专人负责,优化流程,实现耗材信息追溯和管理,可提供法律凭证,减少了差错的发生,释放护士工作负荷,提高护理管理水平。结论采用精细化管理对手术室高值耗材进行系统化管理,通过“有意识”的引导,强化与推行,也使精细化逐渐成为员工“潜意识”的行为,保证耗材的安全性和可追溯性,提高工作效率,进一步提升手术室护理工作质量。

Objective To investigate the application effect of delicacy management in the management of high-value consumables in operating room. Methods Implemented delicacy management on consumables and built delicacy management system. Set up consumable management team and developed high-value consumables management system independently, which was applied to consumables management in operating room. Standardized consumables names and unified their logo. Built several virtual warehouse and set up different categories in accordance with different surgeries respectively as well as delicacy management processes. Through centralized management and timely registration, information traceability and management of consumables was realized. Maintained the quantity of consumables and managed special consumables (like IOL) by classification to ensure it is enough for clinical use.Results Implementation of delicacy management and building management system could achieve the traceability and information management of consumables, which can provide legal proof, reduce errors, release nurses' workload and improve nursing management.Conclusion By systematic management on high-value consumables in operating room with delicacy management and intended guidance and promotion, staffs has behaved with more delicacy in an unaware way, which ensures the safety and traceability of consumables, improves work efficiency and further enhances the nursing quality in operating room.
