目的探讨应用六西格玛管理法缩短呼吸科肺癌化疗用药等待时间,让化疗结束的患者在当天就可以办理出院,不仅合理增加了床位的利用率,而且可以收治急诊留观的危重患者,减轻了医院意外事件发生的风险,同时提高了患者的满意度,更是真正体现医院一切以患者的健康和利益为中心的指导思想。方法根据六西格玛5步法(即定义、测量、分析、改进、控制)对呼吸科肺癌化疗用药等待流程进行改进管理,包括成立六西格玛管理小组,测量肺癌化疗用药等待时间,分析影响肺癌化疗用药等待时间因素,改进影响肺癌化疗用药等待的措施,制订控制措施。结果呼吸科肺癌化疗用药等待时间缩短(P<0.01)。结论应用六西格玛管理方法能有效缩短呼吸科肺癌化疗患者的用药等待时间,提高了工作质量与效率,合理增加了床位的使用率,真正做到了以人为本。

Objective Six sigma management could shorten the waiting time of lung cancer chemotherapy so that patients could be discharged right after their last chemotherapy. It not only increased the utilization of beds, but also admitted critically ill patients from emergency observation wards, which reduced the risk of accidents in hospital and improved patients' satisfaction. It fully reflects the guiding thought that all measures should patient-centered.Method According to 5-steps method of six sigma (define, measure, analyze, improve, control), improved the waiting process management of lung cancer chemotherapy in respiratory department, including the establishment of six sigma management team, measuring the waiting time of lung cancer chemotherapy and analyzing its influencing factors before took improvement measures.Results The waiting time of lung cancer chemotherapy in respiratory department was shortened (P <0.01).Conclusion Six Sigma method can effectively reduce the waiting time of lung cancer chemotherapy, which improves work quality and efficiency, increases the utilization of beds and realizes people-oriented thought.
