研究了煤矸石取代碎石对混凝土抗冻性的影响,并且通过使用矿物掺合料和外加剂来提高混凝土的抗冻性。研究结果表明:随着煤矸石取代量的增加,抗冻性逐渐下降,适宜掺量不超过60%;粉煤灰、高效减水剂、引气剂的掺入可以改善混凝土的孔结构,减缓随冻融次数的增长孔的劣化速率,显著提高混凝土的抗冻能力。粉煤灰的最佳掺量在胶凝材料的10%;减水剂与引气剂复合使用效果更好,当掺量分别在0.4%和0.02%时,混凝土抗冻能力最强。

It researched the frost resistance of the concrete whose coarse aggregate was replaced by coal gangue,and improved the frost resistance of the concrete through the use of mineral additives and admixtures. The results show that with the increase in the amount of coal gangue to replace the gravel,the frost resistance of concrete reduced gradually,the appropriate mix content of no more than 60%. With the use of fly ash,high efficiency water-reducing agent and air-entraining agent,it could improve the pore structure,slow the degradation rate of the pore after freezing thawing cycles,and improved the frost resistance of the concrete significant. The best dosage of fly ash accounting for 10%of binding material. The composite using effect of water-reducing agent and air-entraining agent is bet-ter,respectively,the dosage are 0.4%and 0.02%,the ability of frost resistance is best.
