目的:了解潍坊市养老机构护士老年护理核心能力现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、老年护理核心能力测评量表、一般自我效能感量表,对潍坊市43所养老机构的136名护士进行问卷调查。结果潍坊市养老机构护士老年护理核心能力总分为(144.72±21.76)分,得分最高的维度是法律伦理素质为(3.60±0.50)分,得分最低的维度是评判性思维/科研能力为(2.24±0.65)分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示:老年护理工作时间、工作满意度及自我效能感是影响养老机构护士老年护理核心能力的主要因素(B=-0.367~0.308,P<0.01)。结论潍坊市养老机构护士老年护理核心能力处中等偏上水平,但仍需提高,建议养老机构管理部门进一步完善老年护理专业教育,加强老年护理相关知识培训,需重点加强评判性思维/科研能力较差的护士核心能力培养,同时注重发挥护士自我效能感的积极效应,以全面提高养老机构护士老年护理核心能力。

Objective To investigate the current status of the registered nurses ’ core competency of geriatric nursing at geriatric nursing home in Weifang and its influence factors. Methods A total of one hundred and thirty six nurses from forty three geriatric nursing homes were investigated with General Information Questionnaire, Geriatric Nursing Competency Inventory (GNCI) and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). Results The total score of core competency of nurses was144.72 ±21.76. The score of legal/ethical practice 3.60±0.50 and critical thinking/research 2.24±0.65 was the highest and lowest respectively. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that working years at geriatric nursing home ,job satisfaction and general self-efficacy were the influence factors of core competence of the nurses(B=-0.367~0.308,P<0.01). Conclusion The core competence of nurses at geriatric nursing home in Weifang is in medium and above level, which still needs to be improved. More attention should be paid to improving geriatric nursing education, strengthening related training for nurses especially for those with poor critical thinking/research ability. Meanwhile positive effects of nurses’ self-efficacy could contribute to the comprehensive promotion of nurses’ core competence of geriatric nursing.
