随着大跨径预制混凝土箱梁的截面尺寸加大,加之高性能混凝土的普遍应用,使得混凝土水化热升温、收缩大,导致梁体表面开裂,给结构的使用和安全带来隐患。目前国内外对其产生机理及原因进行的研究还相对较少,对水化热温度变化规律的研究还不够充分,因此对大跨径预制箱梁早期温度场的研究具有重要的现实意义。本研究以哈大高铁箱梁预制工程为背景,通过ANSYS有限元软件,基于三维非稳态温度场理论对跨度32m预制箱梁水化热温度场进行数值分析并与实测数据进行对比,研究结果表明采用数值分析的方法可以较为真实模拟混凝土水化热温度场,最后对温度场影响因素进行分析。研究成果对于大型混凝土箱梁预制过程的温度监控,防止温度裂缝产生具有较高的理论意义和实用价值。

As the long-span precast concrete box girder cross section size increase,combined with the widespread application of high performance concrete,makes concrete hydration heat temperature,shrinkage,result in the crack of the beam body surface,bring to the use of structure and security hidden danger. At home and abroad on the mechanism and causes of the research is still relatively small,the temperature change rule of hydration heat of the research is still inadequate,so the study of long-span early prefabricated box girder temperature field has important practical significance. High iron box girder precast construction as the background,through the finite ele-ment software ANSYS,based on the theory of three-dimensional unsteady temperature field of hydration heat temperature field of pre-cast concrete box girders of span of 32 m numerical analysis and compared with the measured data,the results show that using the meth-od of numerical analysis can be more realistic simulation of concrete hydration heat temperature field. At last,it analyzed the factors which influence on temperature field. The research results for large precast concrete box girder temperature monitoring of the process,to prevent temperature cracks has high theoretical significance and practical value.
