综合考虑转子气体力、端面轴向力,建立了完整的螺杆压缩机转子受力的三维模型,并利用有限元分析软件对转子受力进行了计算,特别对转子端面受力的几种计算模型进行了分析对比。计算结果可为螺杆压缩机轴承和平衡活塞的选型设计提供参考。
綜閤攷慮轉子氣體力、耑麵軸嚮力,建立瞭完整的螺桿壓縮機轉子受力的三維模型,併利用有限元分析軟件對轉子受力進行瞭計算,特彆對轉子耑麵受力的幾種計算模型進行瞭分析對比。計算結果可為螺桿壓縮機軸承和平衡活塞的選型設計提供參攷。

A comprehensive model for force analysis of twin screw refrigeration compressor rotors is proposed in this paper, in which the gas force and end-face force are taken into account. Force calculation is performed under ANSYS. Several kinds of computation models for end-face force are analyzed and compared. The result provides a reference for design of bearings and balance piston.
