This paper mainly expounds the flushing principle of hydraulic system for hatch cover. When the hydraulic oil achieves turbulent state, calculation and analysis are made for oil temperature and displacement of flushing pump in two situations respectively. The type selection of flushing equipment is proposed in this paper. The exact method for flushing oil amount is also put forward in the end.
