研制了一种新型自保温污泥陶粒混凝土砌块,对其物理力学性能及热工性能进行了研究。结果表明:所研制的自保温污泥陶粒混凝土砌块的块型设计及配合比设计合理,各项性能指标均满足标准要求,与普通混凝土空心砌块相比节能效果显著,适于夏热冬冷地区的新型墙体材料。

A new type of the heat preservation of sludge ceramsite concrete block was developed,the physical and mechanical proper-ties and thermal properties were analyzed. It is proved that the block design and mix proportion design of self-insulation sludge ceram-site concrete block are reasonable,all kinds of targets are all to standard requirements,and has significant improvements on energy con-servation compared with the ordinary concrete block,which is the new wall materials with adapting to hot summer and winter areas.
