现阶段我国实行65%的建筑节能目标,这对砌块的热工性能提出更高要求。通过四因素三水平的正交试验与对照试验研究了煤渣、再生细骨料、胶凝材料以及玻化微珠等因素对砌块热工性能与力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:试验中通过合理的配合比可以制备出了满足承重要求的砌块,且热工性能也满足要求。其中,玻化微珠对于力学性能与热工性能的影响最大。煤渣的掺入对于砌块的力学性能有不利影响,但可以改善热工性能。

At the present stage,our country is promoting the target of building energy-saving 65%,the thermal performance of block is made the higher request. Through the orthogonal test with four factors and three levels and contrast test,the study has researched the in-fluencing rules of factors including coal cinder,recycled fine aggregate,gelled material,glazed hollow bead on the thermal performance and mechanical properties of block. The results show that the block made through the reasonable mixture ratio can meet the requirement of bearing and the requirements of thermal performance. Among them,the influence of glazed hollow bead on mechanical properties and thermal performance is maximum. Cinder has a negative effect on the mechanical performance of block,but can improve thermal per-formance.
