由于结构原因,大截面扩径导线在架线施工中需要使用专用的卡线器.通过对一种大截面扩径导线的结构分析,说明了扩径导线卡线器的设计要点、难点.在给出扩径导线卡线器设计中材料选择的基础上,根据设计要点和难点给出了大截面扩径导线卡线器的设计方案以及设计难点的解决办法.根据设计要求提出了扩径导线卡线器的设计准则,并依据主要设计参数给出了结构件参数的选择方法、材料热处理方法和强度校核方法.最后给出了一种可供参考的扩径导线卡线器的结构.

Special rope clamps are needed for large section of extended diameter wires during transmis-sion line construction because of structural reasons.Through the analysis of a large cross-section of extended diameter wires structure, the main and difficult design points are introduced.Base on material selection in de-sign of the rope clamps, design scheme and solution to the difficult points are presented according to the main and difficult points.In response to the design requirement, the design criterion is provided.Ways of main de-sign parameters selection, method of material heat treatment and strength check are given in designing clamps of extended diameter wires in accordance with main design parameters.A structure of extended diameter wires clamps engineering drawing is presented finally as a reference.
