目的:探讨多排螺旋CT对气管旁憩室的诊断价值。方法:收集本院2010年1月至2015年1月间气管旁憩室60例,并做分析研究。结果:支气管憩室多发于T2椎体水平断面、气管右后方,多伴有慢性肺疾病。结论:多排螺旋CT是气管旁憩室较好的无创性诊断方法。
目的:探討多排螺鏇CT對氣管徬憩室的診斷價值。方法:收集本院2010年1月至2015年1月間氣管徬憩室60例,併做分析研究。結果:支氣管憩室多髮于T2椎體水平斷麵、氣管右後方,多伴有慢性肺疾病。結論:多排螺鏇CT是氣管徬憩室較好的無創性診斷方法。
목적:탐토다배라선CT대기관방게실적진단개치。방법:수집본원2010년1월지2015년1월간기관방게실60례,병주분석연구。결과:지기관게실다발우T2추체수평단면、기관우후방,다반유만성폐질병。결론:다배라선CT시기관방게실교호적무창성진단방법。
Objective:To discuss the value of multislice spiral CT for the diagnosis of tracheal diverticulum. Methods:Sixty eases of tracheal diverticula patients diagnosed by multislice CT from January 1,2010 to January 1,2015 in our hospital were collect for further research. Results:Tracheal diverticulum often located in the cross-sectional plane of the second thoracic vertebrae, in the tracheal right rear, with chronic pulmonary disease. Concluion: Multislice spiral CT is better than invasive procedure. If we can improve attention on it, we will do a better diagnostic.
